- Showroom Visit & Reservation
Visit our showroom to explore options and discuss your needs. Pay the UTJ (booking fee) to secure your design slot. - Design Brief & Site Survey
We conduct a design interview, then visit your site for measurements. - Concept & Proposal
We develop the design and present 3D renderings along with a quotation. - Approval & Production
Approve the design and pay the DP (down payment). We prepare and approve shop drawings, then place the order with ZBOM. Production and shipping to Jakarta take about 3 months. - Delivery, Installation & Handover
When the goods arrive, pay the second installment and we schedule installation. After installation, there’s a 7-day handover period, followed by the final retention payment to close the project.
